Are your bags waterproof?

Yes. The PVC fabric and heat-pressed seams provide a high level of water resistance, helping protect your tools from rain, mud, and wash-downs.

How long will my bag last?

Our gear is built to go the distance. The rigid internal boards prevent sagging, while reinforced corners and walls hold their shape even under heavy loads. With proper care, your MAIDCO bag should last for years.

How do I clean or maintain my MAIDCO bag?

A quick wipe-down with a damp cloth or mild detergent keeps it looking sharp. Avoid using harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners to preserve the PVC finish.

Is the bag waterproof or resistant to harsh weather?

The bag is water-resistant, not fully waterproof.
It’s made from pvc that handle dust, rain, mud, and any harsh chemicals that you will find on site conditions, but it’s not designed to be submerged in water. Perfect for mining, construction, and outdoor use.

Can the removable divider pocket hold heavy tools?

Yes. The removable divider pocket is built from industrial-grade materials and reinforced stitching, designed to carry heavy spanners and tools without sagging or tearing. It’s purpose-built for tradies, not weekend warriors.

How do I keep the spanner roll secure while on site?

The MAIDCO spanner roll is designed for site conditions.
It features heavy-duty straps and secure fastening points to keep your tools locked in place during transport, storage, or while working on site.
Roll it tight, strap it down, and it won’t come loose.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times and costs vary depending on your region — full rates are displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

 

  • Australia: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance times.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll sort it — no mucking around. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Warranty & Support

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All MAIDCO IND products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear isn’t covered.
